List Selected view

The List Selected view is a temporary view that you can create by selecting a set of units in any of the following list views and then selecting the Actions List Selected option:

• Units view (on page 1)

• Units: My List view (on page 1)

• Work Instructions view

N4 creates a new tab with only the selected units and specifies the name of the tab as Selected@HH:MM:ss, where HH:MM:ss is the time when you created the list view. The Actions and Display menus in this view provides the same options as the parent view, including custom actions that you may have implemented. N4 does not save the List Selected views. If you close the tab or quit N4, you must create the selected list again. If you want a more permanent subset of units that you want to monitor, you must use the Units: My List view (on page 1).
